gebaseerd op antwoord Postgres dynamische kolomkoppen (van een andere tafel) (het werk van Eric Vallabh Minikel) ik heb de functie verbeterd om flexibeler en handiger te zijn. Ik denk dat het ook nuttig kan zijn voor anderen, vooral omdat het alleen afhankelijk is van pg/plsql en geen installatie van extensies nodig heeft zoals andere afleidingen van erics work (d.w.z. plpython). Testet met 9.3.5 maar zou ook minimaal tot 9.2 moeten werken.
Verbeteringen:
- omgaan met gedraaide kolomnamen die spaties bevatten
- omgaan met kolommen met meerdere rijkoppen
- omgaan met de aggregatiefunctie in de spilcel en de niet-geaggregeerde spilcel (laatste parameter kan zowel 'sum(cellval)' als 'cellval' zijn in het geval dat de onderliggende tabel/weergave al aggregeert)
- detecteert automatisch het gegevenstype van de spilcel (het is niet meer nodig om het aan de functie door te geven)
