Zoek naar de juiste connectionstring meer dan hier .

Selecteer in uw VB6-project de verwijzing naar Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects 2.8 Library . Het is mogelijk dat je ook een 6.0-bibliotheek hebt als je Windows Vista of Windows 7 hebt. Als je wilt dat je programma ook op Windows XP-clients draait, dan ben je beter af met de 2.8-bibliotheek. Als je Windows 7 met SP 1 hebt, zal je programma nooit draaien op een ander systeem met lagere specificaties vanwege een compatibiliteitsfout in SP1. U kunt meer over deze bug lezen in KB2517589 .
