Snelste manier om geneste bulk-inserts uit te voeren met scope_identity() gebruik?

Ik heb eerder zoiets als dit geschreven, maar kreeg uiteindelijk niet de kans om het op prestaties te testen.
Om gegevens in twee gerelateerde tabellen in te voegen, heb ik een enkele opgeslagen procedure en enkele T-SQL-trucs gebruikt zoals tabelwaardeparameters, samenvoeg- en uitvoerclausule.
Hier is een voorbeeldscript:

Maak eerst de voorbeeldtabellen:tblBase en tblRelated zijn gekoppeld met een een-op-veel externe sleutel.

Nu we voorbeeldtabellen hebben, kunnen we beginnen met het maken van de opgeslagen procedure voor invoegen.

Maak door de gebruiker gedefinieerde tabeltypen:
Voor deze opgeslagen procedure moeten we drie door de gebruiker gedefinieerde tabeltypen gebruiken:
Een voor de basistabel,
een voor de gerelateerde tabel,
en een om de tijdelijke id toe te wijzen aan de door de database toegewezen id.

Getest op 10 records in de basistabel en 1000 records in de gerelateerde tabel, uitgevoerd in minder dan 1 seconde.
