Wat u probeert te doen heet een PIVOT
. Er zijn twee manieren om dit te doen, ofwel met een Static Pivot of een Dynamic Pivot.
Static Pivot - hier codeert u de waarden van de rijen die u wilt transformeren naar kolommen (zie SQL Fiddle met demo):
