Ook al schrijf ik mijn eigen antwoord - alle eer gaat naar @Mikael Eriksson, die suggereerde dat ik verschillende batches met een GO moet scheiden - zodat de code die de tabel wijzigt niet in strijd is met code die de gewijzigde tabel gebruikt. Bedankt Mikael!
