Welkom bij het derde hoofdstuk van de serie gewijd aan de Oracle-cloudinfrastructuur en terraform. Als je de vorige hoofdstukken hebt gemist, kun je hier de links vinden:

Nadat we met succes onze eerste instantie hebben gelanceerd, zijn we nu klaar voor een ingewikkelder voorbeeld.
Omgeving instellen
Verander in onze repository de directory en ga naar de instance-pool directory:

Wijzig het vars.tf-bestand op dezelfde manier als we het vars.tf-bestand hebben gewijzigd in het voorbeeld van een eenvoudige instantie (om het vars.tf-bestand helemaal opnieuw in te stellen, volgt u het gedeelte Variabelen instellen)
Extra variabelen
In dit voorbeeld hebben we wat extra variabelen:

Infrastructuuroverzicht
De infrastructuur is hetzelfde als het eenvoudige voorbeeld, maar we hebben ook:
- één netwerk load balancer, die het verkeer van internet naar onze instance pool instances leidt
- configuratie van één instantie gebruikt door de instantiepool
- pool van één instantie
- twee Oracle compute instances gelanceerd door de instance pool
De netwerk load balancer is gemaakt door:
- één luisteraar (poort 80)
- één back-set
- één ondersteund voor elk van de instanties in de instantiepool
Opmerkingen
Enkele belangrijke opmerkingen:
- Standaard is de firewall op de rekeninstanties uitgeschakeld. Bij sommige tests heeft de firewall problemen veroorzaakt
- Nginx wordt standaard geïnstalleerd (nginx wordt gebruikt voor het testen van de regels voor de beveiligingslijst en voor het testen van de netwerktaakverdeling)
- Het gebruikte besturingssysteem is Ubuntu 20.04
Implementeren
Maak nu het bestand terraform.tfvars (sectie Terraform-instellingen) en initialiseer terraform:
