Wat is de meest efficiënte manier om tekst van een kolom naar een tabel te normaliseren?

Als je een maximum aantal kolommen hebt, een beetje XML binnen een CROSS APPLY.

Indien onbekend, zou u DYNAMISCH moeten gaan.
